HAYDEN AUCTIONS OFF AN EXCLUSIVE DATE TO ENJOY WHALES WATCHING

Hayden Panettiere gives her fans the chance to meet her, auctioning a date for a private whale watching tour in the Channel Islands off the coast of Southern California. The 18-year-old star invited interested people to bid on eBay Giving Works at www.ebay.com/hayden benefiting the Save the Whales Again! Campaign. The winner and five friends will enjoy an unique experience as Hayden’s exclusive guest at the Save the Whales Again! celebrity fundraiser to be held at Beso, Eva Longoria’s Hollywood restaurant, on August 10. “Dolphins and whales are the barometers of the health of our oceans,” Panettiere said. “They are the most contaminated animals on the planet, and like canaries in a coal mine, they are telling us that something is seriously wrong. So go the oceans, so goes life on earth. Please join us in our fight to save these beautiful creatures, and preserve the quality of life in this world for our children, and generations to come. The auction runs through May 30.
