Hayden Panettiere is negotiating the chance to star in teen movie "I Love You, Beth Cooper." The film, based on a book by Larry Doyle, is produced by Chris Columbus along with his 1492 Pictures partners Michael Barnathan and Mark Radcliffe. The blonde star would portray Beth, the school's hottest cheerleader who teaches nerdy Denis Cooverman the best night of his life when he declares he is in love with her. Columbus is also in talks with 20th Century Fox and its Fox Atomic label to direct the flick.
