Hayden Panettiere was spotted enjoying a romantic vacation with boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia on the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora on December 28. The on-and-off screen couple was photographed holding hands, which is rare as they generally don’t appear in public together. Milo was once asked whether they were dating and he responded, “She and I are close friends. It's only natural that people are going to couple us together.”
